“ Dutch pancakes?! Yes, please! Absolutely fabulous food with a variety of vegan options! The tofu scramble was an excellent savory option with a light curry that made it bursting with flavor. The pancakes offer both sweet and savory toppings, though they have lovely sweetness all by themselves. Ultimately this place is worth going out of your way to try! We'll definitely be back every time we're near the area. ”
“ I was passing through Springfield on a road trip and made a takeout order here. The tofu kapsalon sounded like an interested twist on a Dutch meal, and I was not one bit disappointed with my choice. My dog and I walked around a little while we waited for the order, and even though I didn’t really have full service the person that greeted me was friendly and the atmosphere seemed welcoming. I saw a full patio of folks eating behind the restaurant. The kapsalon worked well as a takeout meal, even behind the wheel, and Scout may have gotten a few tasty fries at the end of the meal. Highly recommend. ”

Little fluffy pancakes came with a plum syrup (I think it’s plum). Prices are very fair. Cute restaurant.
